On May 29th Battle in the Burgh' in Plattsburgh, NY I won 2nd Place in Open Heavy Weight, on May 30th we ran on the relay team for the Children's Hospital at the Burlington City Marathon. A fun and action packed weekend!

Alexis's "I Don't Measure" Lentil Soup
Prep time: 5-10 minutes
